Before you seek after a “ministry for God” get yourself so rooted and your trunk so thick that nothing can knock it down!
What does God think about you?
Have you ever wondered what Jesus really thinks about you?
How does He feel about you?
How does He view you?
Is He happy with you?
Are you afraid to even ask Him, because you’re not sure what His answer will be?
Well I’ve got good news for you.
Just relax and read these words as if it were Jesus talking to you.
Your heart will confirm their truth.
My child, My beautiful little child, I love you so much. On the day that you were born I held you in My arms and said; you are My precious one, you are the one I came for, you are the one I died for. I love you with all that I am, I gave you my best. I came and I gave My life for you. That’s My best, I did it all for you. Forget everybody else, I did this for you. You are the one who holds my heart. I want to take you with Me right now. I want to take you to heaven with me right now! But I can’t, I have to wait. I know what is in your future, I know what is going to happen and it hurts Me. I want to take you out of here right now; I want to save you from the pain and the misery that you are going to go through. But I can’t do it, for your own good. There are some things that you have got to learn. There are some things that you have got to go through. But I’m going to be there with you every second. And I’ve got a path for your life, if you will just follow me, we will walk this thing out together and we’ll get through it, and in the end you’ll be with me in heaven. And we’ll have a blast because heaven is a cool place, I made it myself. But if you choose another way, and you want to go down Satan’s path, I will let you do that, I will honor that choice and you can do it. But it is going to tear My heart out, because you, a child that I love, are going to go through horrible things in this world, and when you die it is only going to get worse. And the worst part is that you will be separated from Me for eternity. So come My way, follow My path, let’s walk together. And always remember that no matter what happens in this life, I will always love you. I will always be with you. I will always be thinking of you. I will always be your best friend. And I am counting the days until I can come back and take you to heaven with Me. I can’t wait! My beautiful little child.

P.S. And that was just your first day on earth, the day that you were born. Imagine what other good things He has wanted to say to you every day since then.

Heb 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
Run the race that is set before you, not some other race!!!!
Don’t try to run someone else’s race.
Don’t try to run a race that is not set before you.
Heb 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
You know you are in the race that is set before you (the race you should be running) if you look ahead and see Jesus.
Others may look ahead and see Jesus, but if you don’t see Him, then you’re in the wrong race!
It doesn’t matter if everybody else (family, friends, church, preacher, etc.) says “this is the race come run with us.” if you don’t see Him then it is not your race, you don’t belong in it, and if you try to run it you will have difficulty and you will find no peace or joy in it.
You may look ahead and see Jesus, but if others don’t see Him, then they’re in the wrong race!

Your race may or may not be the same as their race (family, friends, church, preacher, etc.).
Their race (family, friends, church, preacher, etc.) may or may not be the same as your race.
Some people are better at 100 yd dash, a short fast burst giving it all you have then resting for a while.
Some people are better at a relay race, working with others as a team.
Some people are better at a long distance marathon race, setting a good pace (not to fast, not to slow) for a long run.
It doesn’t matter what kind of racer you are.
What does matter is that you go for the gold metal!!!!! The high calling, the joy that is set before you, a better resurrection. Heb 11:35
Once you begin to “run the race that is set before you” run with all your might, all your heart, all you have. Jesus loves you and wants the best for you. He doesn’t want you to run this race for Him. He wants you to run this race with Him. He wants to run at your pace. He wants to run at your side. He wants to talk with you while you run together. He wants to bond with you while you run together. He wants you to get to know Him better while you run together. He loves you, you are His best friend! He loves to run with you!
So run, feel the wind in your face and run, run like there is no tomorrow, and have a blast doing it!!!

The following are some questions God may ask you when you give an accounting of your life one day.
They are not hard questions.
Rather they are heart questions.
I gave you 2 hands, what did you touch with them?
I gave you 2 ears, what did you hear with them?
I gave you 2 eyes, what did you see with them?
I gave you 2 feet, where did you go with them?
I gave you 2 arms, what did you do with them? (hug people)?
I gave you a tongue, what did you say with it?
I gave you a heart, what did you use it for? (love or hate)?
I gave you emotions, what did you use them for? (to help or to hurt)
I gave you a brain, what did you use it for? (think about and accomplish)
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
